Download Your Data

You can download every fuel stop in your account as a CSV file, which opens in any spreadsheet app.

How to Download

1. Select the account button at the top right (your initial and first name), then Profile.
2. Select the Data tab.
3. Under Download your data, select Download CSV.

The file is named for the day you download it, such as fuel-statements-2026-09-29.csv. If your account has no data yet, the button stays unavailable until you upload a statement.

What’s in the File

One row for each fuel stop, with these columns:

• Date
• Cost Per Gallon, Gallons, Fee, Transaction Fee, Adjustments and Total
• DEF Gallons, DEF Cost Per Gallon and DEF Dollar Amount
• Program
• Entered: whether the stop came from a statement or was entered by hand
• Off-Program Gallons and Off-Program Total
• Gallons Estimated: whether the gallons were estimated rather than taken from a receipt

The file holds the numbers from your statements, not the original statement files.
